What is land NFT ？

In Jump, if you own a land, it means that you can build your own team and get the corresponding team bonus. When someone in your team also applies for land, your land will automatically be upgraded to a castle, and you can also get the corresponding team bonus!

Once the land holder sells the land NFT in the trading market, he will no longer enjoy the corresponding bonus; on the contrary,the buyer can only inherit the right to use the land and does not inherit the corresponding team of the holder.Land can be secondary developed(commerce, farm, real estate, etc).
